During the preliminary planning stages, our management reviews design alternatives and relative costs of building systems.   ASH, INC. has also demonstrated our prowess in arranging financing packages, conducting negotiations with investors, acting at times as co-venture partners plus the planning of sales and marketing programs.

Two areas of rapid change in the industry which have been handled skillfully by ASH, INC. are the financing and legal considerations.   Working with bankers, and other lenders, to handle financing has become a very sophisticated business.   The finance experts of today are comfortable with computers, long-range planning and economics.   As projects become more complex, we have displayed a great depth of creativity and understanding in the structuring of feasible financing plans.
